Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop automations.
- Drive analysis on projects and strategic decisions to improve the experience for driver partners and riders.
- Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code to support our policies.
- Coordinate with members of the Community Operations team worldwide to measure the impact and efficiency of new products and business processes.
- Build, maintain, and automate detailed processes for city, regional, and global operations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 0-1 years of work experience in software engineering.
- Exceptional knowledge of JavaScript and a strong background in SQL.
- Ability to work with remote teams and across time zones to develop strategies and foster a cohesive, creative work environment.
- Ability to quickly learn and transfer knowledge to the team.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Effective people and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred skills:
- Excellent skills in SQL, JavaScript programming/coding, and JSON data manipulation.
- Knowledge of code management using GIT.
- Understanding of databases such as Vertica and PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with GraphQL and/or Lucidchart is a plus.
