Key Responsibilities:
- Draft contracts, process Amex cards, and e-file documents.
- Extract data from SAP and create reports in Excel.
- Work on SharePoint portals and HR dashboards.
- Provide administrative support in handling client requests.
- Effectively manage relationships with BE stakeholders and the India Manager.
- Handle tickets in ServiceNow related to absences, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Perform employee hiring actions, master data changes, and terminations in SAP.
- Create employment certificates and update team sites.
- Ensure SAP/HR system actions or updates are completed accurately, on time, and in line with procedural guidelines.
- Possess strong analytical skills and experience working with Excel.
- Provide varied administrative support in HR activities for the Belgium Member Firm while being based in India.
