Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level technical support via phone and web to Salesforce Marketing Cloud customers.
  • Manage support cases daily, including transfers from other regions.
  • Track and maintain all customer communications and case documentation in Service Cloud.
  • Respond to customer-reported issues promptly, adhering to service level agreements.
  • Communicate resolution progress and status updates timely, according to service level agreements.
  • Manage escalations and set expectations for both customers and internal staff.
  • Collaborate with technical support teams in other Salesforce Clouds as needed.
  • Identify situations where professional services may be necessary.
  • Follow established support processes and procedures.
  • Identify and suggest improvements for enhanced customer experience.
  • Assist clients in optimizing their use of the application platform through workflow guidance or by identifying automation, proactive monitoring, and integration opportunities.
  • Work outside normal business hours, including holidays and some weekends, as this role requires on-call availability.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 2023 Engineering graduate.
  • Up to 12 months of work experience.

Preferred skills:

  • Previous experience with Salesforce CRM, Force.com, Marketing Cloud, and related technologies is desired.
  • Knowledge of internet development technologies (HTML, XML, API, SQL) is required.
  • Expertise in database and relational data structures is beneficial.
  • Experience with large-scale, multi-tenant production environments.
  • Proficiency in API programming or software development.
  • Understanding of the software design lifecycle.
  • Dependable, motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently when required.Previous experience with scripting languages and/or APIs is advantageous.
  • Previous Marketing Cloud experience is advantageous.
  • Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification is a bonus but not required.
