Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, design, scale, and maintain applications in Capillary’s Cloud CRM product.
- Contribute to the overall design and roadmap.
- Write effective, scalable code.Test and debug programs.
- Suggest improvements to the functionality of existing systems.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Innovative and self-motivated with a passion for developing complex and scalable applications.
- 0-2 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on algorithms and data structures.
- Strong coding and design skills using Python, Golang, NodeJs, Core Java/J2EE, or any other high-level programming language.
- B.Tech in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
Preferred skills:
- Prior experience with non-relational databases (primarily Redis, MongoDB) and queues is an added advantage.
- Good problem-solving skills and a hustler attitude.
