Key Responsibilities:


  • Process global new hires through the Oracle HCM Onboarding module, including initiating background checks, fingerprint verification, and onboarding documents (only April-June).
  • Handle email communications for global contingent workers.
  • Update the onboarding spreadsheet and share it with global recruiters, HRBPs, and HRIS via weekly email.
  • Coordinate Day 1 email communications for new hires, management, and other essential functions.
  • Coordinate IT orientations for both full-time and contingent workers.


  • Process terminations for global contingent workers as needed.
  • Handle the global full-time voluntary resignation process in collaboration with management, employees, and designated HR Business Partners.

Data Management:

  • Input global contingent worker data into Oracle HCM.
  • Process terminations for contingent workers within Oracle HCM.

Interview Scheduling – Virtual and Onsite:

  • Monitor the TW interview mailbox for interview requests.
  • Connect with candidates and/or staffing agencies to acquire interview availability.
  • Schedule interviews with Tradeweb recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Send confirmation email templates to candidates and/or staffing agencies with interview schedules.
  • Check in with managers or candidates/staffing agencies if they do not join the interview/Zoom call.
  • Capture interview feedback from hiring managers and the interview team.
  • Work with Tradeweb recruiters to determine next steps for all candidates.
  • Send rejection emails to unsuccessful candidates and/or staffing agencies.

Calendar Administration:

  • Manage calendars as needed.


  • Handle verification of employment requests.
  • Create Oracle HCM requisitions/job postings.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Previous experience working in Human Resources.
  • Previous experience with Oracle HCM.Strong time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and social skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain timeliness in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
