Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Modeling: Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to deliver detailed data models and custom performance analyses to senior stakeholders (VPs and SVPs).
- Data Proficiency: Understand and manipulate the underlying data architecture supporting Customer Success, using SQL to report on business performance.
- Presentation Skills: Package findings into presentation-ready content using data visualization tools like Tableau for Salesforce executives.
- Business Strategy: Proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the business to influence Success strategy.
- Optimization: Identify and optimize key drivers of financial performance, productivity, customer engagement, and other metrics through technical analysis.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field from an accredited university; an MBA is a plus but not required.
Preferred skills:
- Possess work experience focused on quantitative analysis, with proficiency in Excel and logical reasoning.
- Demonstrate proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or similar.
- Have intermediate skills in SQL for data extraction and analysis, particularly using Snowflake.
- Show familiarity with CRM systems and data management.
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Work effectively within cross-functional teams and interact with various levels of the organization.
- Possess strong situational analysis, negotiation, and decision-making abilities, with a detail-oriented and quality-focused approach.
- Display a desire and ability to quickly learn new technical concepts, business models, and technologies.
