Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the BA/CoE team and other internal clients to address Onboarding related issues.
- Manage various processes including Prehire onboarding, background verifications, joining formalities, etc., utilizing tools such as HR Online and Prehire Talent on Demand (TOD).
- Engage with US and USI teams to grasp talent priorities, assisting in project prioritization and implementation.
- Establish and enforce high standards for quality deliverables.
- Aid in internal quality assurance/compliance reviews.
- Ensure every candidate receives the Deloitte candidate experience, continuously striving to enhance it.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Holds a graduate degree with 6 months to 2 years of experience in HR.
- Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Has exposure to interacting with international clients/stakeholders.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
- Capable of effective communication and coordination across all levels within the firm.
- Exhibits strong to excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Manages critical tasks and assignments adeptly.
- Displays outstanding client service, problem-solving, teamwork, and knowledge-sharing skills.
- Shows initiative and self-direction, tackling moderately difficult assignments with judgment.
- Possesses excellent client service, organizational, prioritizing, and multitasking abilities.

- Experienced in working on cloud-based applications related to human resource management.
- Experienced in working in the HR Shared Services (HRSS) department of a multinational company.
- Possesses advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook); macro knowledge is an additional asset.
- Capable of working virtually and multitasking.
- Demonstrates problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Has experience working in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Experienced in working independently on multiple assignments or engagements.
