Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate strong analytical problem-solving skills and an aptitude for learning quickly.
- Possess knowledge of Power BI.
- Develop and maintain clear, concise reports on KPIs measuring digital performance.
- Analyze data to identify patterns and correlations among various data points.
- Have experience in building and deploying solutions based on Microsoft PowerApps.
- Manage tasks and activities in a timely manner and be responsible for specific outcomes.
- Plan and organize your own work while keeping others informed of status and activities.
- Learn the firm’s structure, business strategies, service lines, and personnel.
- Build a network of contacts within RMS and across the firm.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any graduate degree.
- MBA/MCOM/MA or equivalent post-graduate degree from a reputed institute
- Possess good written and spoken English communication skills.
- Have end-user support experience.
- Ability to establish and maintain a high degree of confidentiality and integrity.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail.
- Exhibit analytical ability, decision-making skills, and teamwork.
- Expertise in MS Office tools – Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience in a hands-on analytical role focusing on analyzing business problems.
- Knowledge of visualization tools like Power BI.
- Experience with building and deploying solutions based on Microsoft PowerApps.

- Ability to work and deliver as a team member, with flexibility to take on roles as needed in multiple initiatives, either as a leader or team member.
- Strategic thinker who can see the bigger picture and partner with key stakeholders to drive the direction of the business.
