Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Data Science team to understand their models, methodologies, and the reasoning behind specific recommendations.
- Translate complex data science findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for target functions.
- Develop strategies to validate the effectiveness of data science recommendations through standard testing methodologies.
- Create compelling presentations, training materials, and communication strategies to educate and empower target functions on how to leverage data science insights.
- Facilitate feedback loops between target functions and the Data Science team, ensuring recommendations are continually refined based on real-world application.
- Develop clear and compelling data visualizations to communicate insights to target functions.
- Track and report on the impact of data science recommendations on sales performance metrics, such as conversion rates and revenue.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Sales, or a related field, or have equivalent experience.
Preferred skills:
- Have experience working in a sales environment (preferred).
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of data analysis principles and statistical concepts.
- Have experience working with data visualization tools, such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor content for a non-technical audience.
- Ability to translate complex data science concepts into clear and actionable insights.
- Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, is a plus.
- Proficiency in data manipulation tools, such as SQL, is a plus.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
