Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
- Attend walkthrough sessions with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Understand and gather requirements from Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) documentation.
- Comprehend the outcomes of needs analysis.
- Attend content gap analysis meetings and create step lists or content outlines, if needed.
- Comprehend user roles, if any.
Content Creation:
- Independently create content deliverables.
- Understand the nuances of digital content.
- Understand learning and documentation strategies.
- Implement lessons learned and best practices from prior projects.
- Understand SEO principles.
- Create prototypes that meet client requirements.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables.
- Understand client requirements and articulate appropriate solutions.
Project Management:
- Plan for individual tasks.
- Plan for team tasks when acting as a team lead.
- Track delivery milestones.
Training:
- Focus on learning and acquiring new skills.
- Attend product training to enhance the quality of documentation.
- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions on industry trends and best practices.
Team Building & People Management:
- Participate in team-building activities.
- Contribute positively to such activities.
Process Adherence and Delivery Excellence:
- Adhere to defined learning and content processes (DDLC process).
- Perform self-review of deliverables to ensure the Project Lead (PL) or Project Manager (PM) checks the files before delivery to the client or vertical team.
- Peer review deliverables.
- Ensure zero defects in client output.
Market Research and Industry Engagement:
- Participate in content submissions for internal and external competitions.
- Join groups or create new ideas/Proof of Concepts (PoCs) as service offerings for customers.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelors/Masters in English Literature
- Bachelors/Masters in Mass Communication.
- Bachelors of science or Bachelors of Engineering or Technology.
