Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit exceptional A-Players to bolster Revolut’s rapidly expanding team.
- Utilize HR and People expertise to identify top HR talent on a global scale.
- Cultivate and leverage a network of HR and people professionals worldwide.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to define the ideal candidate profile.
- Develop and refine an interview process to improve assessment quality and optimize candidate experience.
- Serve as a trusted talent acquisition advisor, possessing deep insight into the talent landscape.
- Maintain a pipeline of highly-qualified candidates for future organizational needs.
- Review CVs and conduct interviews with qualified candidates.
- Drive the offer process and successfully close candidates.
- Ensure consistently exceptional candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process.
- Become a subject-matter expert in your specialized market.
- Implement modern sourcing and recruiting methodologies to attract top talent.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience in recruiting for HR and people positions on a global scale.
- Familiarity with various roles within HR and People functions, ranging from Payroll Specialists to Learning & Development Managers.
- Understanding of the organizational structure of HR teams in multinational corporations.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in English.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Possession of flexibility, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred skills:
- Possession of an established network of HR professionals in Europe, and preferably on a global scale.
- Previous experience in either a recruitment agency, hyper-growth startup, and/or fintech environment.
- Proficiency in additional languages.
- Direct experience in hiring for Corporate Services, Risk & Compliance
