Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain relationships with assigned clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless event listing marketing initiatives and payment processes.
- Serve as the primary contact for Small/Medium scale organizers, facilitating smooth account management and documentation processes.
- Address and resolve queries from clients, managing incoming customer service inquiries.
- Identify and evaluate the needs of organizers/venues, gather feedback, and communicate insights to relevant teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
