Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the BA / CoE team and internal clients to address Onboarding related concerns.
- Oversee various processes including Prehire onboarding, background verifications, and joining formalities using tools such as HR Online and Prehire Talent on Demand (TOD).
- Collaborate with US and USI teams to grasp talent priorities, aiding in project prioritization and execution.
- Establish and uphold stringent standards for quality deliverables.
- Aid in internal quality assurance/compliance reviews.
