Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and evaluate compensation and benefits packages.
  • Skillfully organize workforce scheduling.
  • Oversee the administration of health and life insurance programs.
  • Strategically coordinate quarterly and annual performance review sessions.
  • Ensure prompt updating of employee records, including new hire data and changes in employment status.
  • Manage payroll records accurately.
  • Address employee queries promptly and efficiently.
  • Conduct thorough CV screenings and conduct insightful interviews.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Candidates are required to furnish either an NBI Clearance or Police Clearance (preferably) upon hiring.
  • Comfortable with utilizing Hubstaff, a time-tracking application.
  • Exhibit documented work experience as a Human Resource Specialist or Generalist, primarily focusing on Recruitment.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems and Human Resources Information Systems.
  • Access to a computer or laptop with internet connectivity (minimum speed of 25 Mbps).

Preferred skills: 

  • Skilled in conducting both phone and video interviews, with expertise in candidate screening and evaluation.
  • Familiarity with utilizing social media and professional networks for recruitment purposes.
  • Capable of team management.
  • Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with proficient team management abilities.
  • Possesses strong decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in professional-level English, both written and verbal/voice communication.
