Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to support the success of the GIC while enhancing the employer brand within the community.
- Provide training, coaching, mentoring, and facilitation for direct reports.
- Establish clear objectives for team members tailored to their capacity and expertise.
- Recognize, nurture, reward, and cultivate high-performing team members for future leadership roles.
- Address escalated conflicts and grievances as needed.
- Devise and execute strategies aimed at retaining talent within the organization.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Holds a B. Com degree (mandatory) or an MBA in Finance (preferred).
- Demonstrates a solid understanding of finance with 0-1 years of experience in Accounts Payable processes, particularly within MNCs/GICs, with a preference for experience in the Retail industry focused on payable functions.
- Demonstrates the ability to generate diverse problem-solving approaches, including new and innovative ideas.
- Adapts well to change and is comfortable challenging conventional practices.
- Inspires others through their clear vision and strong sense of purpose.
- Boosts team morale and fosters a spirit of collaboration, actively sharing victories and successes.
Preferred skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Motivated to drive process improvements.
- Skilled in issue management and resolution.
- Capable of efficiently managing issue escalation and exceptions.
