Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior Analytics leaders across Meesho to establish and cultivate the appropriate talent brand and organizational culture.
- Provide coaching to leaders and first-line managers on culture establishment, performance discussions, and team development.
- Act as a key facilitator in implementing POD (Project-Oriented Delivery) methodologies within Meesho.
- Drive organizational Key Results (OKRs) for your department while also contributing to special HR projects across Tech, Product & Analytics, and Meesho, aimed at enhancing employee experience, improving manager capabilities, and enhancing talent density, among other objectives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Holds a postgraduate degree in Human Resources.
- Possesses 0 to 3 years of experience in a comparable role, preferably within a tech organization, product startup, or a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Demonstrates excellent problem-solving skills and utilizes ‘first principles thinking’ to establish robust processes and analytical frameworks, coupled with effective stakeholder management abilities.
- Exhibits strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of working at a fast pace, akin to Lightspeed.
