Key Responsibilities:
- Aid and assist Inside Sales Account Managers in their daily tasks.
- Cultivate strong business relationships with customers by addressing their queries and concerns throughout the pre-sales and post-sales processes, including handling document and quote submissions, order processing, delivery tracking, installation arrangements, escalations management, and coordination with support functions.
- Handle inbound sales leads via telephone, email, and cold calling to generate leads.
