Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary Technical Support Engineer within Critical Incident Support, ensuring prompt and reliable resolution of intricate software issues pertaining to the Ariba product area.
- Prioritize customer service and effective communication to deliver an outstanding user experience, while also leveraging expertise to liaise with third-party vendors and internal technical teams for issue resolution.
- Possess an extensive understanding of cloud technologies and related lifecycle management aspects.
- Exhibit proficiency across the entire suite of SAP Ariba Solutions, demonstrating comprehension of procurement business processes and integration concepts.
- Foster strategic partnerships with customers to proactively deliver expertise and enhance the value proposition of SAP Ariba solutions.
- Be available for on-call support during weekends as needed, following a rotational schedule.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational background: Graduation or Post Graduation from reputable colleges/universities, preferably with an engineering focus.
- Experience: 0-3 years of relevant professional experience.
Preferred skills:
- Familiarity with object-oriented methodologies and proficiency in Java programming.
- Understanding of Ariba Procurement, Ariba SLP, or Ariba Integration flows is advantageous.
