Key Responsibilities:
- Introduce new features and maintain the codebase across various training products.
- Address and rectify bugs, update, and maintain existing projects.
- Advocate for and adhere to good development practices such as code review and test writing.
- Work alongside engineering and operations teams to enhance deployment procedures and monitoring systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and UX designers, to deliver innovative features.
- Communicate project deliverables and deadlines effectively to product owners.
- Improve code quality, address inconsistencies, and contribute to continuous enhancement efforts.
- Share technical knowledge during engineering meetings and provide valuable insights for system enhancements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Have previous experience in developing REST APIs using Python.
- Possess experience in building Single Page Applications using ReactJS with Typescript or similar frameworks.
- Demonstrate familiarity with testing practices such as unit testing and continuous integration.
- Have experience integrating with external APIs.
- Showcase strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Exhibit proficiency with Linux container technologies (such as Docker or podman) and Linux systems administration.
- Have experience using collaborative code repositories like GitHub, GitLab, or similar platforms.
- Ability to comprehend and articulate technical problems effectively for resolution within the team.
- Possess strong communication skills.
Preferred skills:
- Possess skills in administering OpenShift.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Elasticsearch and GraphQL.
- Have experience working with ArgoCD.
- Exhibit proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Showcase familiarity with end-to-end testing frameworks like Selenium.
