Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality client service, adhering to internal and external deadlines, to maintain a high level of client satisfaction within Fin Ops – Order to Cash.
- Setup Projects and Contracts in Workday Financials based on supporting documentation provided by the requestor.
- Modify Projects in Workday as per requestor’s instructions in Workday requests.
- Complete requests in Workday after setup.
- Process contract amendments in Workday based on client evidence in line with SOX guidelines and report.
- Demonstrate proficient skills in internal and external client/stakeholder management.
- Adhere to controls to ensure the data integrity of all financial information processed for clients.
- Assist with ad hoc reporting requests from clients.
- Communicate and engage with internal and external clients regarding finance-related questions and issues, providing high-quality service and support.
- Maintain accurate records to support the audit trail for assigned finance activities.
- Provide necessary information to support both internal and external auditors.
- Lead process improvement initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.Com/ BBA/ M.Com/ MBA Finance (Not from top B school/ CA/CS/ICWA)
- 0 – 2 years (Accounting/Finance, Financial Analyst, Order to Cash Service Delivery) OTC experience would be preferrable.

- Proficient in MS Office at an intermediate level.
