Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in one or more Fab Engineering functions, such as Process Integration, Yield Engineering, Defect Engineering, or Process Modules (e.g., Photo lithography, Etch, Diffusion), or Data Analytics.
- Monitor and analyze Electrical, Sort, Defect, and Metrology data throughout Fab processing. Analyze inline Statistical Process Control (SPC) trends to pinpoint sources of variation, enhance process control, and minimize product variability.
- Support problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives through data mining.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for automation and analytics. Develop corresponding algorithms to enhance operational efficiency.
- Effectively communicate across various Fab teams and actively participate in problem-solving and lean manufacturing methodologies.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or a related field is required.
- Familiarity with Semiconductor processing technology and devices is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is essential.
- Scripting and coding skills, particularly in R or Python, are necessary for analytic roles.
- Working knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities are essential for effective collaboration with global teams.
- Candidates should possess organizational skills, proactiveness, commitment, and excellent analytical abilities.
