Key Responsibilities:

- Validate and test data assets through peer review and explore statistical analyses applicable to the data.
- Apply insights and testing in collaboration with business users.

- Support data infrastructure activities such as connecting, standardizing, and automating various data sources.
- Assist in team operations including backlog organization, documentation, and creation of educational and communication materials for data products.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent practical experience.
- Possess at least 1 year of work experience in data analysis or hold a master’s level education in fields such as business analytics, data science, etc.
Skills:
- Demonstrate leadership in the understanding and application of data, reporting, and analytics.
- Proficiency in various programming languages including SQL, R, and Python.
- Skilled in working with both relational and non-relational databases.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies through formal training and self-directed learning to enhance individual and team performance continually.
- Mathematics and Statistics:
- Apply mathematical logic (AND, OR, NOT).
- Understand descriptive and inferential statistics.
- Familiarity with calculus concepts such as weighted averages, rates of change, and single-variable calculus.
- Testing and Research Design:
- Utilize the scientific method and experimental design principles.
- Extract insights from observational data.
