Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Serve as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating clear and timely communication on behalf of the executive team.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate high-level meetings, ensuring seamless execution of all logistics. Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Create, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational standards.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions.
- Support special projects and initiatives, providing administrative assistance to ensure successful execution.
- Effectively manage competing priorities, deadlines, and tasks to meet the demands of the executive office.
