Key Responsibilities:
- Work on projects and process enhancements to improve control efficiency and automate dashboards to meet evolving Business Line (BL) requirements. Collaborate with peers, leaders, supervisors, and stakeholders to implement system and process improvements.
- Utilize analytical skills to examine data sets for anomalies, complementing data with intuition and experience.
- Engage with business units to comprehend their operations, concerns, and future plans, providing support to mitigate risks.
- Take a proactive approach in resolving issues rather than reacting passively.
- Engage directly with data to create insightful analyses, reports, and management presentations supporting client, business unit, or functional activities and performance. Analysis and reporting may encompass quality review, workflow analysis, process enhancement, regular business or client reporting, budget management, financial reporting, or other function-specific purposes.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in reporting tools, dashboard creation, Key Risk Indicators (KRI), Key Performance Indicators (KPI), Advanced Excel, VBA, and macros. Possess skilled knowledge in both technical and functional aspects of the process.
- Exhibit a high level of autonomy in problem-solving, taking ownership, and maintaining a focus on client needs.
- Independently deliver production tasks without requiring Subject Matter Expert (SME) assistance, ensuring 100% quality and adherence to all timelines.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possesses excellent command of English, demonstrating strong writing and oral presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and collaborative team player with effective interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in various reporting tools such as VBA, advanced Excel, Macro Creation, and SQL.
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities and excellent analytical skills.
- Exhibits basic knowledge or experience in Global markets and Operational Risk, including familiarity with national and international regulations.
