Key Responsibilities:
Business/ Customer:
- Interact with customers minimally under supervision.
- Demonstrate understanding of domain processes, sub-processes, functions, and terminologies (e.g., SOP, QC checklists).
PV/Complaints Management:
- Input data from source documents into relevant Clinical/Safety databases, ensuring adherence to turnaround times and accuracy standards.
- Handle critical/sensitive transactions.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the field.
CDM:
- Execute data management activities, including data cleaning, manual and system checks, tracker updates, discrepancy and query management, and database lock activities.
- Contribute to innovation and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Team Leaders (TLs) to identify and address activities not meeting client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Archive necessary information for audit purposes in compliance with quality and security requirements.
- Support multiple clinical trials across diverse therapeutic areas, providing technical oversight when necessary.
Project/Process:
- Tackle complex problems and escalate to Supervisor/Line Manager when necessary.
- Handle first-level processing of transactions.
- Meet quality requirements and achieve targets/volumes within specified Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Proactively identify and address issues.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Identify and report process changes.
- Adhere to mandatory industry regulations and compliance requirements for the assigned process.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate/ Post Graduate/ Doctorate degree in life sciences/Pharmacy/Medical sciences/Registered Nurse
Preferred skills:
- Proficiency in aggregate (PSUR) reporting.
- Competence in Pharmacovigilance and Safety Operations.
