Key Responsibilities:

  • Password & Quickbase Operations & Support : Social Media Governance
    • Change passwords of Social Media Channels every 6 months to ensure channel security. Provide prior intimation to BM about the change, cc-ing BU digital leads.
    • Share Inventory export from Quickbase with BU Digital Leads every 3 months for review. Request changes in channel records and update inventory accordingly.
    • Review and update users and their access levels in 1Password monthly, referencing 1Password reports for user level changes.
    • Send email to 1Password users inactive for the last 3 months to confirm their presence. Remove users who have left the business/agency.
    • Review and update Rackspace emails every 3 months. Check mailboxes not opened in the last year. Manage mailbox administration on Rackspace (Create New Mailbox; Close Account; Reset Password).
    • Provide technical support for QuickBase implementations and functionalities.
    • Assist SM lead in planning and executing the social media audit for 2024.
    • Review channels on QuickBase not in 1Password, and vice versa. Coordinate with agency and marketing teams to confirm channel status. Remove inactive or non-operational channels.
  • Ticket Management:
    • Take ownership of customer issues reported through the app and ensure resolution.
    • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues for 1Password, Quickbase, Rackspace, and social media channels promptly and accurately. Adhere to SLA guidelines based on severity.
    • Provide operational support for Facebook Business Manager as needed (guided by Silvia).
  • Product Training and Walkthroughs:
    • Coordinate with agencies to deliver product training (1Password, Quickbase) when necessary.
    • Facilitate agency transitions, including onboarding new agencies and offboarding former agencies. Provide product training to new agency members.
