Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze data attributes across various systems and processes to ensure understanding of data interactions and impacts.
- Drive documentation efforts to establish a comprehensive data library supporting data process enhancements.
- Conduct strategic analysis to identify solutions and opportunities.
- Lead the analysis of large datasets before and after migration.
- Execute assigned tasks related to business processes and reference data, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Take ownership of issue analysis and resolution, driving both short-term fixes and long-term solutions.
- Manipulate data attributes across systems and processes, developing effective data reporting solutions.
- Generate comparison reports using appropriate tools for internal systems like Sales Force, AAA, and CRM.
- Produce reports for management reporting, target tracking, and progress monitoring.
- Collaborate with global business partners to address data remediation needs.
- Identify reporting and process improvement opportunities for global partners.
- Document data processes and mappings to maintain a repository of materials.
- Demonstrate domain expertise in data attributes and associated system and process flows.
- Manage data job processes and coordinate with relevant teams as needed.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Data Management, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent education and experience.
Preferred skills:
- Demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Exhibit proficient verbal and written communication abilities, with solid proficiency in English.
- Display comprehension of information technology processes, data modeling principles, and the requirements of development, testing, and implementation.
- Establish effective partnerships and collaborations to develop joint solutions, adept at handling challenging customer situations professionally and resourcefully.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and communicate to achieve common objectives.
- Foster business relationships, partnerships, and alliances both internally, externally, and virtually.
