Key Responsibilities:
- Execute transactions in compliance with approved processes, international regulations, and agreed-upon service levels, ensuring both speed and accuracy.
- Maintain adherence to quality control disciplines, procedures, and checks consistently.
- Resolve daily queries, escalating more complex issues to the management team when necessary.
- Promptly report any issues or concerns to seniors, team leaders, or managers with comprehensive information to mitigate potential damage.
- Take ownership of performance management by compiling relevant documentation, preparing for and facilitating self-performance reviews.
- Thoroughly address queries and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Sustain effective performance by demonstrating adaptability and a positive attitude toward changing business circumstances, actively questioning procedures, and seeking proactive solutions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrate effective communication skills, both verbally and in written correspondence, with proficiency in email composition and questioning techniques.
- Capable of working autonomously or collaboratively within a team setting.
- Strive for excellence by consistently delivering high-quality results with precision and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to comprehend provided instructions and apply them accurately in day-to-day transaction processing tasks.
- 0-3 years of pertinent experience.
- Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
- Demonstrates flexibility in working hours and the capability to adapt to changing shift patterns.
Preferred skills:
- Previous experience in BPO/KPO environments.
- Familiarity with the procedures, policies, products, and services typical of financial organizations.
- Capacity to operate effectively within deadlines and meet customer demands.
