Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize data research skills to analyze business problems and requirements, providing low complexity analyses and recommendations.
- Create standard and customized reports or ad hoc analyses for recommendation purposes.
- Maintain project logs, contribute to monthly budget forecasts, and assist in creating monthly newsletters or operations reviews.
- Engage in projects, aiding the systems support group in design, programming, research, testing, and implementation phases.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production or issuance issues.
- Aid in the development of departmental and divisional procedures, policies, and controls to enhance process accuracy, efficiency, and minimize production risks.
- Conduct data and business research projects, secondary research testing, and result-oriented intelligence.
- Receive guidance from supervisors, exercise independent judgment, and collaborate with technology and other business units.
- Collaborate with other consultants or program managers on various tasks related to project completion, including project design, data collection and research, report preparation, or presentation design.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess at least 6 months of experience in analytics, or demonstrate equivalent proficiency through work experience, training, military service, or education.
- Possess 0-2 years of experience in similar roles focused on reporting and analytics.
- Hold a Bachelor’s, M.A./M.Sc. degree, or higher, in fields such as applied mathematics, statistics, engineering, physics, accounting, finance, economics, econometrics, computer sciences, or business/social and behavioral sciences with a quantitative emphasis.
Preferred Skills:
- Have 0-2 years of experience in visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Hold 0-2 years of experience in Python and SQL, including experience in machine learning.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in data science, data integration, database structures, and data warehouses.
- Exhibit effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess certifications in BI reporting tools.
- Knowledge of commercial banking and lending is advantageous.
- Display soft skills such as the ability to meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work effectively under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
- Be detail-oriented, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
