Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing recruiting strategies to fulfill hiring needs.
- Oversee candidate administration tasks including maintaining applicant records, scheduling activities, distributing job descriptions, and ensuring accurate posting of current positions across recruiting systems and job boards.
- Establish and manage a pool of potential candidates to meet future hiring goals efficiently.
- Maintain productive relationships with recruitment agencies when applicable.
- Coordinate events, assessments, and interviews for prospective hires.
- Evaluate applications to assess their alignment with position requirements.
- Act as a point of contact for candidates, providing information on assessment and interview logistics.
- Coordinate background checks through designated agencies for shortlisted candidates.
- Gather and organize documentation for selected candidates, forwarding it to the onboarding team.
- Participate in regular meetings with hiring managers alongside recruiters to evaluate recruiting strategies and their execution.
- Offer guidance and support to personnel at all levels regarding recruiting and talent acquisition matters.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess at least 6 months of experience in human resources.
- Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office products and applications through a minimum of 6 months of experience.
- Have experience working in confidential environments.
Preferred skills:
- Ideally, possess 1 or more years of experience in human resources.
- Ideally, possess 1 or more years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
