Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in outbound telemarketing initiatives targeted at specific accounts, prospect lists, and other call campaigns.
  • Foster and nurture customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up, qualifying leads to progress them into the sales pipeline.
  • Perform initial needs assessments, identifying pain points of prospects to determine how LeadSquared’s solutions can effectively address their requirements.
  • Enhance industry and product knowledge to effectively articulate LeadSquared’s value proposition across various vertical segments.
  • Play an active role in planning trade shows and events to secure attendees and optimize prospect meetings for the Sales team.
  • Conduct research to expand the prospect list, utilizing tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and other relevant methods.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities within the CRM system, advocating for database cleanliness and hygiene through consistent maintenance efforts.
  • Maintain accountability for meeting or surpassing monthly qualified objectives and quotas.
