Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive third-party risk management program.
- Manage the due diligence process for vendors, suppliers, and third parties, encompassing risk assessment, contract negotiation, and ongoing monitoring.
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and third parties to ensure adherence to corporate information security policies and standards.
- Establish criteria for third-party access to corporate systems or data.
- Identify deficiencies in existing controls and propose enhancements.
- Monitor the performance of vendors, suppliers, and third parties against established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Devise protocols to address incidents involving vendors, suppliers, and third parties.
- Remain abreast of emerging threats, trends, best practices, industry standards, regulations, and other pertinent developments.
