Key Responsibilities:
- Develop clean, well-designed, and testable code in accordance with coding standards and guidelines.
- Complete the entire software development lifecycle, from inception to deployment.
- Implement programs and assess user feedback to refine and improve software functionality.
- Adhere to project plans and industry standards throughout development processes.
- Identify and resolve complex issues through troubleshooting and debugging, ensuring timely implementation of effective solutions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field of study.
- Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred skills:
- Proficiency in Java programming language, with a basic comprehension of Python and scripting languages considered advantageous.
- Familiarity with various databases including DB2, Oracle, and the NoSQL family.
- Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture, the Spring framework, and the ability to develop JUnit tests.
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies, principles, and best engineering practices is beneficial.
- Experience in DevOps practices and release management processes.
- Demonstrated capability to work independently and assume responsibility for projects from inception to completion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the financial industry is desirable, though not essential.
