Key Responsibilities:
- Source resumes and applications from various channels, screening them effectively.
- Utilize diverse channels such as social media, job boards, and professional networks to identify potential candidates for vacant positions.
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to grasp hiring requirements and formulate effective sourcing strategies.
- Perform all administrative and generalist tasks associated with the recruitment process.
- Develop and implement comprehensive search strategies to enhance recruitment processes and policies.
- Conduct exit interviews, introductory calls, and feedback surveys to gather insights and identify areas for enhancement.
- Undertake any additional responsibilities as assigned, serving as a backup for recruitment duties when necessary.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possessing at least one year of experience in Human Resources.
- Candidates with prior experience as a Sourcer are preferred.
- Freshers with some background in HR are encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrating an analytical and process-oriented mindset.
- Exhibiting attention to detail and maintaining persistent follow-up.
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
Preferred skills:
- Experience in a Start-up environment is highly advantageous.
