Key Responsibilities:
- Administers Procurement System Administration tasks such as provisioning new user access, assigning roles, and maintaining approval workflows.
- Manages the onboarding process for new suppliers in both Procurement and ERP systems.
- Creates and maintains wire payment templates for global suppliers in banking portals.
- Supports quality control of purchase requisitions and supplier invoices lacking purchase orders, reviewing categories, accounting details, prepaid designations, and amortization schedules.
- Generates monthly and quarterly reports on internal processes, IT, and SOX controls concerning Procurement system user access roles, approval workflows, and system configurations.
- Coordinates relationship management with third-party suppliers, facilitating diversity reporting and denied party screening.
- Monitors and responds to inquiries in the P2P Support mailbox, the primary channel for Procurement system end users to seek assistance with system-related issues.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possession of at least a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred skills:
- Availability for a one-year internship.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with a particular focus on Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Proficiency in the English language.
