Key Responsibilities:
Problem and Scope Definition:
- Assist in formulating problem statements and defining project scope, delving into root causes.
- Construct problem statements with detailed descriptions and identify key stakeholders, analyzing their impact.
- Contribute to project planning and estimation efforts within defined scope.
- Aid in identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
Requirements Gathering:
- Demonstrate proficient requirement gathering skills, guided by clear direction from engagement management.
- Support requirement gathering sessions and organize gathered information into user requirement documents.
- Draft and manage well-structured, validated requirements, accommodating changes as needed.
- Utilize appropriate tools for recording, tracking, and managing requirements.
Business Analysis:
- Review and analyze relevant documentation to comprehend organizational functions and capabilities.
- Conduct necessary research to enhance understanding and develop comprehensive solutions.
- Structure recommendations and supporting data logically to form a coherent and understandable business case.
- Utilize various business modeling techniques, including business process modeling, process flow modeling, data flow modeling, and stakeholder analysis.
Engagement Delivery:
- Deliver all solutions and recommendations, along with supporting artifacts, punctually and with high quality.
- Provide exceptional engagement support, including the development and management of project plans as required.
- Produce high-quality deliverables that are review-ready upon submission.
- Proactively share viewpoints and perspectives.
- Demonstrate effective listening and communication skills when interacting with clients and team members.
