Key Responsibilities:
- Collect operational data from various cross-functional stakeholders to analyze historical business performance.
- Identify patterns and trends within the data, offering insights to improve decision-making in areas such as business planning, process enhancement, and solution evaluation.
- Recommend actions for future developments and strategic business opportunities, including enhancements to operational policies.
- Potentially engage in exploratory data analysis, confirmatory data analysis, and/or qualitative analysis.
- Transform data into insights into consumer or customer behavior to support targeting and segmentation strategies, effectively communicating findings to business partners and senior leadership.
- Continuously enhance processes and strategies by exploring and evaluating new data sources, tools, and capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external business partners to develop, implement, monitor, and refine decision strategies.
- Assess business decisions appropriately, considering risks and prioritizing the firm’s reputation and the protection of Citigroup, its clients, and assets. This includes ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies, exercising ethical judgment, and promptly addressing and reporting control issues.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred skills:
- Possess 0-2 years of applicable experience.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners and team members.
