Key Responsibilities:
- Support the HR department’s daily operations and recruitment efforts as an HR Intern.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate interview logistics.
- Gain insight into the company’s recruitment approach to kickstart a career in HR.
- Assist in all aspects of the recruitment process.
- Rotate through various HR responsibilities to provide support in recruitment-related activities.
- Coordinate interviews across all levels and liaise with candidates and hiring managers.
- Engage with recruiters and hiring managers, providing assistance as needed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the pre and post-interview phases.
- Assist in gathering candidate information for reporting purposes.
- Maintain involvement in all recruitment stages, including pre and post-interview follow-ups.
- Provide regular updates on activities to recruiters.
- Learn and proficiently use internal software.
- Possess proficiency in MS Office/G Suite.
- Exhibit effective communication and attention to detail.
- Capable of multitasking and demonstrating an interest in recruitment.
- Manage scheduling with professionalism.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Executive PGDM/Post Graduate Diploma in Management.
- Willingness to work from Airbus premises is mandatory.
