Key Responsibilities:
- Support backend operations for support functions, JV processing, Workflow monitoring, CCM & PEGA monitoring, and handling email queries.
- Coordinate savings activities, conduct analysis of key metrics, participate in budget/forecasting processes, and assist in preparing management reports and presentations.
- Generate and disseminate management reports accurately and promptly.
- Develop MIS documentation to facilitate smooth operations and system maintenance.
- Collaborate with reporting managers and business units to rectify any issues affecting customer service delivery.
- Continuously follow up on and resolve pending queries, and offer recommendations for updating current MIS to enhance reporting efficiency and consistency.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree completion with a minimum aggregate of 60%.
- Demonstrated proficiency in collaboration and communication, along with strong analytical capabilities (preferred).
Preferred skills:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Excel, VBA, and PowerPoint.
- Flexibility to work night shifts or early morning shifts.
