Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between O9 and the Demand Planning Teams, serving as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for O9 from our side.
- Take ownership of all data inputs and uploads into O9 to facilitate forecast generation.
- Maintain and update O9 Cycle Calendars to ensure timely activities within the platform.
- Conduct regular hygiene checks to verify the integrity of data flow and calculations within O9.
- Initiate bug tickets for any identified issues in O9 and coordinate with the Customer Success Team for timely resolution.
- Conduct basic analysis on forecasts, conducting comparative studies with S&OP forecasts to identify anomalies such as extremely low/high forecasts or flat forecasts.
- Ensure the punctual submission of all forecast-related reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Contribute to process and information system enhancements related to the role, acting as the focal point for this role within the country.
- Structure processes and enforce adherence to drive improvements within the role.
- Prepare, monitor, and report key metrics concerning the Planning process, including Forecast Accuracy/BIAS, FVA, Forecast Fidelity, and Forecast Adherence, taking accountability for driving structural improvements around these metrics.
- Manage communication between key stakeholders both within and outside the organization.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
Preferred skills:
- Proficient communication skills to effectively convey ideas and influence decision-making across various functions and with management teams.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, etc.
- Demonstrated strong business acumen, with an understanding of organizational dynamics and strategic objectives.
- Familiarity with various forecasting techniques and adept analytical skills to interpret data effectively.
- Experience with different planning systems and involvement in planning processes.
- Capability to grasp complex problems and apply structured problem-solving techniques for resolution.
- Preferred familiarity with the O9 Tool.
