Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for delivering projects, enhancements, and change requests using a structured delivery methodology within SAP modules.
- Demonstrates strong business acumen and effective communication skills.
- Functions as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in end-to-end software global development and implementation projects.
- Capable of managing business requirements, engaging in business discussions, offering recommendations, proposing solutions, and suggesting process improvements.
- Translates business requirements into user stories and Functional Requirement Specifications, aligning with approved IT Architecture.
- Offers feedback on the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes.
- Collaborates with Business stakeholders, IT Business Partners, Architects, and Tech Leads to elaborate on requirements.
- Possesses an understanding of how the IT solution supports end-to-end business processes and exhibits expertise in process and IT landscape at sector, business group (BG), market, or functional levels.
- Develops user stories, wireframes (both functional and system operational requirements), maintains product backlog, and engages with clients for elaboration and ambiguity resolution.
- Validates solutions against business requirements prior to User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Validates test plans and functional test cases and provides acceptance sign-off for the product.
- Proactively escalates issues impacting product delivery and quality beyond their scope of influence.
- Ensures compliance with software quality standards, regulations, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensures seamless support for business operations (third-line support) when required.
- Designs use cases and acceptance criteria.
- Drives business process harmonization using industry best practices.
- Leads UAT and testing of functionality.
- Manages audit queries related to functional and technical aspects in SAP.
- Participates in meetings with SAP support partners to discuss various issues and resolutions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree

- Proficiency in SAP SD (certification preferred).
- Comprehensive comprehension of integration and interaction points with other modules.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience in roles involving direct interaction with business clients.
