Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating within a team environment following Agile principles and Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery practices in software development.
- Engaging in the development of both new and existing Automation Frameworks and Tools for extensive enterprise applications.
- Participating in the design and implementation of new features and frameworks for automation purposes.
- Contributing to Code Coverage through automation and providing guidance to Development and QA teams for composing additional Automated Tests to enhance Code Coverage.
- Addressing defects and enhancing application performance.
- Upgrading and maintaining software and web service tests.
- Operating within a dynamic DevOps-driven software development environment.
- Demonstrating proficiency in understanding both web and desktop application functionalities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a BE/MS degree in Computer Science & Engineering (ONLY), with 0-5 years of experience in Automation Tools Development.
Preferred skills:
- Demonstrate extensive programming proficiency in C++, C#, and object-oriented programming concepts.
- Possess knowledge of Unit Testing tools, Mock Testing Tools, and Code Coverage Tools.
- Familiarity with Scenario and Integration Testing methodologies.
- Acquainted with WPF and Telerik technologies.
- Exhibit strong debugging abilities.
- Have a solid understanding of Design Patterns and Memory Management.
- Familiarity with UML Diagrams.
- Display strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with automation tools such as Test Complete and WinAppDriver is advantageous.
- Experience in utilizing Cloud Services and REST interfaces.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure or consumption of Azure services.
- Knowledgeable in Agile Scrum Development, Test Driven Development, Continuous Delivery, and DevOps processes.
- Capacity to acquire knowledge across a broad spectrum of technologies.
- Understanding of various Code Coverage Tools.
- Ability to identify gaps, develop new Automated Tests, and maintain them.
- Possess effective communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and functional areas.
