Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls aimed at generating sales-qualified leads.
- Pose relevant questions to gain insight into leads and guide them through the presales process.
- Manage the complete sales qualification life cycle for designated leads, including cold calling, follow-ups, lead qualification, and management.
- Maintain a comprehensive database documenting all lead interactions and consistently offer feedback on lead quality to the relevant team.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets set forth for the role.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proficient in (Telugu/Tamil/Hindi) with strong communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with effective interpersonal abilities. Additionally, possesses a good command of English.
- Demonstrates a systematic approach to constructing sales funnels, tracking feedback, prioritizing tasks, and consistently surpassing targets within specified deadlines.
- Exhibits a sales-oriented mindset, adept at effectively communicating high-paying career opportunities to potential learners and generating sales-qualified leads.
- Shows readiness to work within a high-growth startup environment.
Preferred skills:
- Good proficiency in English is an added advantage.
