Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Possesses robust process and business acumen, along with extensive experience in Order-to-Cash processes.
• Accountable for tracking account operations, ensuring process compliance, and executing repeatable administrative tasks with minimal coordination or ambiguity within the designated process domains.
• Exhibits an analytical mindset, actively engaged in generating continuous improvement suggestions.
• Collaborates closely with various teams including resource management, revenue, and finance, to facilitate seamless month, quarter, and year-end closing processes.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Demonstrates proficiency in the MS Office suite, including applications such as MS Excel and MS Outlook.
• Capable of effectively utilizing systems for project management, time management, resource management, and other relevant functions.
• Prior experience with SAP and Salesforce.com would be considered advantageous.

Functional Skills:

• Preferred experience in at least one of the following process areas: Project/Time, Contracts/Invoicing/Accounts Receivable; additional preference for expertise in Order Management and Master Data Management.
• Demonstrates robust process and business knowledge, along with experience in Order-to-Cash processes.
• Conducts User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensures sign-offs for new requirements under the supervision of the Technical team/Lead.
• Background in Operations or Back-office Support Services is desirable.
• Possesses strong communication (both verbal and written) and analytical skills, with the ability to comprehend complex business issues and suggest viable solutions.

Management Skills:

• Demonstrates self-management abilities, effectively organizing and overseeing activities, emphasizing attention to detail, ensuring deliverable quality, and optimizing outcomes.
• Adaptable to changing business requirements.
• Collaborates with internal resources and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
• Proficiently communicates insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Monitors deliverables, ensuring timely completion of change requests and requirements.
• Upholds Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and addresses issues within agreed SLA timelines.
