Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive program for managing third-party risks.
- Oversee the due diligence process for vendors, suppliers, and third parties, which includes risk assessment, negotiating contracts, and ongoing monitoring.
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and third parties to ensure adherence to corporate information security policies and standards.
- Define requirements for third-party access to corporate systems or data.
- Identify deficiencies in current controls and propose enhancements.
- Monitor the performance of vendors, suppliers, and third parties in accordance with established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Create procedures to address incidents involving vendors, suppliers, and third parties.
- Keep abreast of emerging threats, trends, best practices, industry standards, and regulations.
