Key Responsibilities:
- Collating, analyzing, extracting, and entering high-quality financial or non-financial data into work tools according to specified guidelines for the assigned vertical.
- Developing a comprehensive understanding of dataset operations, workflows, and proficiently utilizing work tools.
- Contributing input and suggestions for novel data collection methods and enhancements to dataset-related products.
- Achieving predefined individual and team targets by consistently delivering outcomes of high quality and excellence.
- Cultivating technical expertise within the department to enhance operational capabilities.
- Addressing problems or issues, and assisting the team in refining workflows or processes for continuous improvement.
- Reviewing transaction content feedback to rectify errors and establish or refine procedures and processes to enhance accuracy.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree/ MBA
Preferred skills:
- Candidates with an MBA specializing in Finance and a commendable academic record.
- Exceptional communication skills, demonstrated proficiency in both written and verbal forms.
- Proficient in corporate finance and accountancy, including the analysis of financial statements and annual reports.
- Familiarity with various secondary research sources.
- Openness to working in a 24/5 operational environment with rotational shifts.
- Possession of certifications or proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and interpretive abilities.
- Capable of conducting effective thematic online research.
