Key Responsibilities:
- Timely raising of clarifications, issues, and concerns regarding work output to the lead.
- Adherence to schedules and timelines.
- Maintaining effective interpersonal relationships with team members and supervisors.
- Adhering to organizational policies and procedures.
- Active participation in project and organizational initiatives led by Delivery leadership.
- Ensuring appropriate classification and prioritization of tasks.
- Compliance with defined processes during task execution.
- Providing periodic updates on task progress as required.
- Assist in creating documentation for client-specific applications, project-specific processes, and workflows.
- Generate application-specific reports, such as SLA KPI reports, performance metrics, transaction processing volumes, and success rates
