Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced technical support to Salesforce Marketing Cloud clients through phone and web channels.
- Handle support cases daily, including those transferred from different geographical regions.
- Document and manage all customer interactions and case details efficiently using Service Cloud.
- Address customer-reported issues promptly, adhering to predefined service level agreements.
- Keep customers informed of the progress and status of issue resolution within specified timeframes.
- Manage escalations and expectations effectively, both for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technical support teams across other Salesforce Cloud platforms as necessary.
- Identify situations that may require professional services intervention.
- Adhere strictly to established support protocols and procedures.
- Identify areas for process enhancements to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Assist clients in optimizing their utilization of the application platform by offering workflow guidance and identifying opportunities for automation, proactive monitoring, and integration.
- May involve working beyond regular business hours, including holidays and weekends, as this role entails on-call responsibilities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduated in Engineering in 2023.
- Holds up to 12 months of professional experience.
Preferred skills:
- Preferable previous exposure to Salesforce CRM, Force.com, Marketing Cloud, and related technologies.
- Proficiency in internet development technologies like HTML, XML, API, and SQL is essential.
- Familiarity with database management and relational data structures is advantageous.
- Exposure to large-scale, multi-tenant production environments is beneficial.
- Experience in API programming or software development is desired.
- Knowledge of software design lifecycle is advantageous.
- Demonstrates reliability, motivation, and self-initiative, capable of working independently when necessary.
- Bonus points for previous experience with scripting languages and/or APIs.
- Previous involvement with Marketing Cloud is a plus.
- Possession of Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification is an added advantage, though not mandatory.
