Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with senior consultants to comprehend clients’ business objectives, core processes, and data.
- Develop and implement analytics models aimed at assisting clients in extracting business value from AiDash products/platforms.
- Utilize analytical techniques to leverage data for guiding clients and teams in decision-making processes.
- Employ tools such as R, Tableau, and Excel for data analysis purposes.
- Summarize and convey findings to senior consultants and engagement managers effectively.
- Benefit from close interaction with senior executives and consultants within our relatively small and cohesive organization, gaining insights into the application of modern technologies for business value creation.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in an analytical or technical discipline from a prestigious institution like IIT, NIT, BITS, or equivalent.
- Possesses 0-1 years of experience in the business analytics field.
Preferred skills:
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills.
- Exhibits strong problem-solving abilities, numerical proficiency, and keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in one or more business analytics tools and visualization platforms.
- Displays a high level of self-motivation and the capacity to work autonomously.
