Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Determine staffing needs according to demand forecasts.
• Develop employee schedules aimed at optimizing service provision while reducing expenses.
• Ensure timely updates of resource schedules using the schedule management tool (Retain).
• Promptly address and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Proactively assess resource availability and anticipate future project requirements.
• Reduce instances of unfilled demand.
• Manage mailbox correspondence efficiently.
• Enhance resource utilization by deploying resources effectively.
• Perform basic reporting and analysis tasks.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Recent graduates with 0-1 year of pertinent experience in workforce management are encouraged to apply.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Fundamental proficiency in MS Excel.
• Exceptional teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• A positive demeanor and capability to thrive in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.

Preferred skills: 

• Familiarity with workforce management principles, resource deployment, and scheduling concepts.
